As transplants from the San Francisco Bay Area, Asheville has always felt like a touch of home. We love working here, shopping, dining, and relaxing here, so we come often, and over the years we’ve made many wonderful friends and colleagues.
Hendersonville and Flat Rock, NC area
In 2004 we fell in love with Western North Carolina and decided to move here. It was a leap of faith, but we found a new home, started Sterling Property Services, and got involved as volunteers. To learn more about our adopted community, we both went through the Vision Henderson County Program. Today we’re happy to say that coming here was a wonderful decision.

Landrum and Travelers Rest, SC area
We often work in the Landrum/Travelers Rest area, including at the Cliffs at Glassy and the Cliffs Valley. We buy our paint at Spectrum Paint where we trust Kjell, Steve, Ray, and Hunter to help us with perfect color matching and expert product guidance.
Saluda, NC area
With its beauty, history, and charm, Saluda has a special place in our affections. We work here often and have gotten to know many of you over the years. Being asked to paint the trim on the Saluda Library and recommend a new historic color palette, was an honor. To this day we enjoy seeing it as we drive through town, and we hope you do too.
Tryon and Columbus, NC area
We’ve been drawn to the Tryon/Columbus area since our first visit, and over the years we’ve made many wonderful friends. Sandy has served on the Board of the Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce, where she worked to support other local businesses. To this day, we consider ourselves part of the Foothills community.

PRESSURE-WASHING
Pressure-washing isn’t a job for amateurs. Roger has more than thirty-five years of experience with surfaces of all types, including houses, decks, patios, stonework, walls, fences, and driveways. He uses the lowest pressure that is effective, and takes care to protect your home and landscaping while he works.
PAINT COLOR CONSULTING
If your paint colors aren’t right, it can be disappointing, frustrating, and expensive to correct. We place such importance on finding your perfect colors, that all our painting clients receive a free design and paint color consultation with Sandy. If you just need color guidance, schedule a consultation to get Sandy’s help online or in person, including large color samples.
HOME STAGING
With professional home staging your home is ready to compete successfully in all market conditions. Staging focuses attention on a home’s best features to make it warm and inviting, but not overly personal.
